    Great get away

    My teenage boys loved the game room and hot tub as did we! Very quiet except for the few footsteps from above but as a shared house that was expected. The decor was lovely and it was VERY clean! There was no laundry like mentioned in the listing .

    It was ok for what we wanted. The heat is an issue. It was definitely very cold in the back room. The "kitchen" is tiny, but comparable to a hotel kitchenette. The property is nice and the people are nice.

    No wonder they have a 5 Star's...Sherri and Jeff have earned it by listening to their guests, being personable and professional and providing a beautiful property for guests. We have to agree with all the previous glowing reviews-they're true. Sherri and Jeff are not only amazing Hosts-they're genuinely beautiful people.

    Quiet getaway

    My husband and I met up with my sister and her husband for a quiet getaway. We played cards went to area restaurants. The apartment was clean and cozy and the owners very nice. We took advantage of the hot tub and enjoyed our time with Stella. Awesome weekend! Thank you!

    Ian decides our cruise will become a hiking trip in the hills instead!

    This vacation was supposed to be a cruise to the Caribbean! Our vacation turned into a cozy home in the hills instead! We couldn’t have chosen a better spot for our short notice plans. The owners Sherrie and Jeff are awesome hosts and shared their beautiful home with us! The home is all your own, your own entrance, 2 bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, a kitchen with everything you need and a cozy living/dining room! They share their donkey and dogs with you as well. There was a beautiful game room and hot tub area too. They were there to recommend places of interest or to eat. We felt so welcomed and at home! Thank you to you both for making our vacation an incredible one! We will see you guys again, maybe even on a cruise =)

    Farm fun- wonky donkey

    We brought a 3 year old who named this place the ‘farm’ and LOVED the “wonkey” donkey!! We had a very comfortable stay- enjoyed exploring hocking hills and Lake Logan. Absolutely recommend!

    Relaxing and beautiful

    We stayed to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to share a nice dinner we picked up and visit with our family. We loved the “Man Cave” and playing pool. My daughter also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Lots of room and kitchen amenities. We would totally stay again.

    Girls getaway

    Great little place that was the perfect cozy getaway for our girls weekend. It was in a very quiet area and we were within about 30 minutes of Hocking Hills area hiking!

    Great place! Excellent Location!

    Jeff and Sherrie were awesome hosts. Jeff gave us great tips on where to ride. The roads ate beatiful and winding. Great for our motorcycle trip! Would definately stay here again. Thanks for everything!

    Clean and friendly!

    We took our family for a weekend in Hocking Hills and stayed here. The family was lovely and the guest house was clean. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door! It is a nice escape from the crowded state park...quiet and secluded!

    This property had everything we needed for our fall weekend. Clean and easy, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely going back next time!

    Bad communication and barking dog

    The owners left their dogs in crates right above where we were trying to sleep. The poor dogs were locked in their crates for 12 hours and wouldn’t stop barking the entire time we were there. We reached out and messaged and called the property owners and they didn’t even bother to send us a text back or anything. We finally got so fed up and didn’t even stay one night. As we were leaving the owners pulled in and we explained how unhappy we were and that we were leaving and they didn’t even care. I spent a lot of money and didn’t even get a dime back. This was a terrible first and last experience with Vrbo.

    Great spot for active family road trip!

    What an amazing weekend we had celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday! Our family of 4 stayed in this beautiful rustic-modern 2 bedroom apartment on a pretty property that included a waterfall, "man cave," hammock, porch swing, BBQ & outdoor table and chairs. While there, we kayaked, canoed, hiked, went to a great farmer's market, and relaxed together. It was a blast, and we look forward to coming back! Thanks for such warm, thoughtful accommodations.

    Great rental

    The rental was very nice, clean and exactly as advertised. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the man cave and our 2 teenagers had a great time with the karaoke machine! Highly recommended

    We give 5 stars for the cleanliness, the design and decor Nice and cozy The only down fall is the yard is a steep down hill with no room for kids to play No grill either so no cook out.

    This place is so beautiful and couldn’t have asked for nicer people to manage the property! Nestled in the heart of the Hocking Hills region, a short drive to either Athens or Logan. We loved it!

    Home Away from Home

    The property was very nice. The living room area was fantastic. We wished the shower was bigger but the kitchen option and two bedrooms were good. One of the beds needs replaced the other is good. The living area was the best. We played games, watched movies, awesome wifi connection and we were able to eat together at the dining table. Overall, it was a great experience.

You'll enjoy staying in a charming cottage apartment with a man cave & amenities. The porch swing is the perfect place for admiring magnificent trees & visiting critters. Glouster is in an area of friendly communities near Wayne National Forest, Bur Oak State Park, swimming, hiking, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, etc. There's a little something for everyone including Ohio University life & a walking tour of The Ridges in Athens. Once a bustling mining region, the countryside has relaxed into an idyllic getaway setting.
