Comfortable apartment near city center, 100m from metro

A lovely fully newly renovated and furnished 1st floor apartment that reflects my passion for home decoration.
The master bedroom is brand new with a King size bed, the second bedroom has restored furniture and a brand new mattress. The living room has a sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, 1,4m. X 2,0m.
The master bedroom has 2 doors opening to the balcony, while the second bedroom has a big window.
In the kitchen, you will find ingredients to make your breakfast, variety of coffee and tea and a water filter jug. Cooking essentials are provided: olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, vinegar etc.
Breakfast facilities include: Nespresso machine and free coffee capsules, espresso pot, filter coffee maker, cold coffee (frappé) maker, greek coffee equipment. Also electric kettle for tea and free tea flavors.
The kitchen is equipped with: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, full dinnerware and cooking utensils.
In addition, we offer complimentary toiletries: shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
The apartment is equipped with TV, WiFi, two hair dryers, a hair straightener, clothes iron & board, and clothes drying rack on the balcony. You can switch on the hot water at your convenience.
There are A/C units in the living room and the bedrooms with cold/hot air for summer and winter.
One baby cot can be provided upon request. Infants up to 2 years old stay free of charge but maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including kids and infants. Toys and books are available.
The balcony has 2 sitting corners with coffee tables and a tent which you can roll out for extra privacy.
There are double-glazed windows cutting out any street noise that might exist during rush hours.
An extra set of sheets and towels is provided for every guest.
Smoking is allowed at the balcony.
Please treat the apartment as your own home.
The apartment is next to Agios Ioannis square and metro station, 2 minutes’ walk (100 meters) from the entrance of the underground. Right across the small street from my apartment there is a Bank with 24 hour ATM (Winbank), a second ATM exists inside the metro station.
There is an electric car charging station downstairs my apartment in the street.
On the day of your arrival, if the apartment is already available, you can check in whenever you want. If it is occupied, check-in is at 15:00 in order to properly disinfect and clean it.
