Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.

Located just 2.5 hours north of NYC, a convenient 20-minute drive to Hudson/Amtrak, and only 40 minutes to Albany and the Hunter/Windham ski resorts. Just beyond, explore the Hudson Valley and Catskills with their stunning hiking trails, majestic Hudson River cruises, and nearby historical sites like the Thomas Cole National Historic Site.
Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.

1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.
2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: above all major entrances.
3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
4) Other notes about the home:
- Fireplaces are decorative only
- Jets in the primary bathroom tub are out of order at this time
- Windows in the sunroom are out of order at this time
