"The property itself was good. The area it was around was a bit run-down and there was a lot of construction around. The area didn't necessarily feel the safest at night but the hostel itself was pretty clean and nice. The rooftop has a really good view of the Acropolis, it's beautiful at night! I booked an individual room, however felt like the sound-proofing was bad so was disrupted by late night hallway things."

"It was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but definitely was not a 4-star hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, the washroom had a horrible sewage smell. The room was tiny. Worse of it all was the location of the hotel was in a very sketchy area. There were graffiti, garbage, and homeless everywhere. There was a drug addict who is clearly high screaming by himself in front of the hotel. I would definitely not rebook this hotel."

"The hotel is in a very good and accessible within walking distance to almost everything including restaurants, shopping, bars and the ancient sites near the Acropolis. We found it was quicker to walk to places instead of taking a cab. It is on a busier street so there is some street noise if your room faces the street but it did not bother us. I prefer staying in this location as opposed to inside the Plaka area because it is more central to other neighborhoods and less expensive. The staff...

"The Pame House is a beautiful hotel - very updated and the roof has an amazing view of the Acropolis. The location is fantastic and the staff were so helpful during my stay. The only slight negative is that the area is quite busy at night and so there is a lot of street noise. It was off season so it was reasonably quiet and I wore a sleep mask with headphones to block out the noise so it was fine. It’s just something to be aware of but I would stay here again."
