"Very nice and convenient location. Becoming a bit "tired" looking but still very tidy. Room was missing extra blankets, stayed in winter and it had enough linnen on the bed for a summer stayover. Enjoyed the stay :)"

Some basics missing that would assume would be there ie hand soapDownstairs left a lot to be desired needs a deep clean. I didn’t even want o sit in the couch. Best bed was master upstairs the other mattresses were a bit yuck.We had a great stay please take this as constructive feedback"

"The property was in a great location for access to restaurants, shopping, beaches, Mount Maunganui etc. The beautiful beaches were 1/2 block away on 2 sides. We had a full view of Mount Maunganui and from our balcony, we had a peek a boo view of the ocean. The condo was across the street from the base of Mount Maunganui which had a wonderful gentle walking trail around the base as well as a more difficult trail to the top.
