"Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future."

"My 3 boys and husband had the very best time exploring the cedar point area for crabs and critters. This is such a gem and will be a core memory for my family. "

"Nice place to stay. Built to modern standards so it survived the last hurricane very well. Fully functional and in good repair. Boat access is good. Parking is good and incudes enough space for your trailer."

"Host is excellent. Home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable week scalloping and fishing. Home has access to a private neighborhood ramp in close proximity. Parking downstairs is covered with access to water and electric outlets. We had a great time."

"The Tiny House and adjacent Tuna Can propety was exactly as advertized and did not disappoint. The property was uber clean and confortable for our party of 3. Sherri was an informative and gracious hostess. Our work in Perry was smoother because of these outstanding accomodations."

"The property is as advertised, with direct access to the Gulf, though the canal will be almost dry at ultra low tide. My kid enjoyed catching blue crabs in the canal when we weren’t busy looking for scallops in the Gulf. The view from the porch is a nice, relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon.The downsides are so small that they’re barely worth mentioning. The pillows aren’t great and the bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans, so a portable fan is needed to have any air movement. The house...

"We had a wonderful time with friends and family. Listed was 4 bedrooms and it only has three. Yes, two cots and an air mattress is available but little confusing advertisement as we expected four bedrooms and it only has three. Other than that the experience was wonderful and the owner was speedy on answering any questions and requests we had. Thanks again! "

"We didn’t end up getting to come on this trip due to a hurricane, but our money was reimburse quickly from the owner. We hope to try again soon!"

"best rental for scalloping, channel is nice and clean getting in and out of boat ramp is easy and never busy. The home is spectacular. This was our 3rd year renting this home and it never disappoints. Martie is wonderful and responds quickly! Thank you for another great year."
