Amazingly clean and spacious place

Booking process was very smooth, and acess to the building was per the instructions. It has everything you need, and it's in a very quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes drive to AU, or the grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place if you're staying in Athabasca.

A great host! Property is very well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Attention to detail regarding kitchen tools is wonderful! Noticed a couple of additional items added since our visit last year. The property is very quiet. Hiking trail is a couple minutes out the door an about a 10 minute walk to downtown. This property is a gem!

Awesome in every way

In June 2025, my fishing buddy and I stayed here for 5 nights. The facility is as described on the website. It was clean as a whistle.Randy, the host, communicated promptly, and at times followed up the messaging on the website with a note to my email directly. This attention to good communication is representative of the care he gives to hosting well. He's first class. Be patient finding the address. He gives great directions so it's not hard. The neighbourhood is hilly, corners are tight in some places, and streets are narrow. We were pulling an 18' fishing boat so we noticed these things. But there was no problem. One day we will return to Athabasca and stay here again.
