Luxury 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom Modern Farmhouse perched on 5 Westside acres in the hills of Atascadero. Enjoy sweeping views of the rolling hillsides from nearly every window! The location of this home feels worlds away from it all, yet is located just 10 minutes from the heart of Paso Robles wine country, downtown Atascadero, farmer's markets, beautiful parks and lakes, Pacific Ocean beaches, and so much more! Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the east and incredible sunsets from the west!

This stunning home with luxe amenities boasts 3,155 square feet of living space. The kitchen features expansive cathedral ceilings, dual stove, hidden panel fridge, and quartzite countertops. The bathrooms are finished with Brizo bath and shower heads and custom floating cabinets. The primary bedroom boasts a huge, walk-in California Closet, separate tub and shower and double sinks. Oasis of calm and easy comfort

Beautiful, spacious, light-filled house that is perfect for people wanting a place to relax and rejuvenate. Furnishings are tasteful and very comfortable, and views are wonderful in all directions. Most excellent vacation home our family has ever stayed at.

Absolutely gorgeous place!

This is hands down one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed at. The property offers breathtaking views from every corner, and everything else you'd wish for during a weekend getaway with family/friends. Krystal has put a lot of thought and effort into setting up this place, and ensured there's a lot to enjoy for every age group -- right from the Montessori shelf that kept our kids entertained, to the welcome bottle of wine, mini golf court and fireplace to soak in with the group! I'd love to stay here again, and highly highly recommend if you're visiting the Paso Roubles area.

A TRUE 5-star place

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week. And we are most grateful we did. Where do I begin? This home sits on the top of a hill, with gorgeous views on BOTH sides of the hill. All the fixtures are top notch. The layout is astounding. The kitchen and the bathrooms are truly excellent. We gathered around the kitchen with our local friends and together, and whipped up a Thanksgiving meal ... and there was enough space in the kitchen for all of us. And despite being out in the country (silent, serene, calm), it's at most 20 minutes away from all the main tourist attractions. The best part of the stay was our communications with Krystle. She was an absolute joy. We were wondering if the house had a turkey roasting pan, and pronto, she ordered one, and made sure it was available before we arrived. We were wondering if there were any extra blankets, and she was quick to offer to Amazon blankets to the house. Thank you, Krystle, for a most enjoyable stay!

Great and Relaxing Stay!

We had the pleasure to stay here for a long weekend. It was exactly as described and perfect for us. Plenty of space, lovely outdoor area to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the hills, a yoga / workout room, a space for the kids to play in, etc. We would highly recommend this house to stay!

AMAZING!!!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful home and it was perfectly suited for all of our needs. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! We loved the style of the home and the expansive 5 acre property. We especially enjoyed our nights grilling on the built in BBQ and sipping wine around the fire pit as the sun set. Within very close proximity to the area’s best wineries, while also a stone’s throw to activities the kids enjoyed (alpaca farm, museums, zoo, parks). Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had…Krystle is the best host! Look forward to returning!
