"The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. I would stay again. "

"It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. I will rent it again in the future."

"This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager). They were quick to respond any inquiries we had. The house is well-stocked with most of the essentials. El Salvador is hot all year round, but this place has you covered with air conditioning! "The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...

"Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again. "

"The community is private, family oriented and has security officers 24/7. There's a plaza with a food court and different outlets where you can do some shopping. The host is very flexible and attentive. She keeps the apartment very clean. We will surely consider staying here when we visit again."

"First I want to say I had a great host her communication was always transparent, she is also bilingual for anyone speaking english and spanish , I loved My stay i loved my vacation tho only mid hap i had during my trip is the lukewarm water, That’s half of the country though not everyone has water heaters but it was nothing major!"
