"Breads, muffins, etc. for breakfast were a little dry. Otherwise, food was fine. Only complaint about the room was that the bathroom sink, although beautiful, was too high for my 5'4" height - kept splashing myself to wash my face."

Its quasi european hostel and Mcmenamins style with mostly shared baths and showers, but the location is great, the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the staff is really the best; from the front desk people to all the cleaning personnel who do a tremendous job cleaning! "loved the view, that was about it! Was way cool that the hotel sat over the river and every room has a balcony to enjoy. However it smelled like sewer from the toilets as soon as we walked in the room, was clean but carpets were dirty and the rooms could definitely use an update. "No alarm clock. No coffee pot. No continental breakfast. No tissue paper. No table to eat at. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 11. We were given a room with a king size bed and no hide a bed or cots or anything. 1 king size bed for 4 people. When we asked the front desk what was going on they said we booked through Expedia so they couldn't help us. We paid over 200.00 for our room. Coffee served in the lobby for free from 6-10am only. This hotel is completely outdated. Will...

"Got ocean view balcony but we're not able to see the fireworks from there due to the trees. The room was clean but the bathroom locking door did not work. The breakfast was good and enjoyed making our own waffles."

"What a great little one night stay! I wished we had booked longer but there is always next year. It started out great before we even left when the owner reached out about a 7/3 cancel and offered it. We wish we could have taken it! The suite was excellent for 3 adults and 3 kids. The owners pets are too cute and there were dog bowls for our doggy. Great socked kitchen, coffee and spices for food. There is an Espresso cart on site and the ma'am you made a great dirty chai! The fire pit is cute...
