"Julian welcomed us and was very helpful for the entire stay. He was great! Hotel was beautiful and well located. As is the case for all hotels in Assisi, getting to and from parking is a real challenge. Not a hotel issue- a city issue. Breakfast was ok. Great to have some English speaking channels on the TV. Julian was a great source of guidance. "

"Ideal location, halfway between Basilica San Franceso and Chiesa Santa Chiara. Everything in Assisi was within short walking distance. Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked the "family room," which was huge and had a great view. Great value."

"Very clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. Comfortable beds room fits three people. Excellent air conditioning. Excellent bathroom with clean towels and adorable packets of toothbrush and other toiletries. Many restaurants in close walking distance. AMAZING VIEW from outdoor terrace and bedroom windows of St Francis Bascillica and countryside. Assisi churches and attractions are all walking distances. 5 stars for everything. "

"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. "
