"I can’t believe in 2026 you do not have access to Netflix or any streaming services on the TV. I was told I needed an HDMI cable to do so. Also, housekeeping was terrible. They gave us fresh towels and emptied the garbage. That was it. Left us with dirty glasses and I guess dressing the beds is a thing of the past!! "

"The room was dirty. There we blood stains on the bed and what looked like shedding from bed bugs when I looked them up. I don’t think the blankets had been washed. Stains on the carpet. I was in the room for only twenty minutes when I started noticing more and more things. I showed pictures to the staff and they offered me a refund and a different room for free. I decided not to stay there at all after that. It ruined my plans for that night and the next day. I still have not received my refund...

"The fire alarm went off about 12-20 times in the middle of the night! There was banging and hollering going on half the night and I had to walk through clouds of pot smoke to get in the door when bringing in my luggage. I stayed here because I had a good experience a year before, but this time was much worse. I just wanted a quiet, comfortable place to sleep for the night for our college visit. Nothing fancy, just the basics for an affordable price. The price was much higher than I would...

"There were hair ties and a piece of jewelry on the floor from the previous occupants of the room which grossed me out because it showed that the floors had not been vacuumed. Also the sheets were stained."
