"Rummet vi fick var ostädat, vi gick till receptionen och fick ett nytt rum, där receptionisten sa att det saknades en golvhandduk som vi fick med oss. Det nya rummet hade hårstrån på sängen och på golvet i badrummet (på flera ställen), skrivbordet kaffefläckar allmänt ofräscha golv. Vi klagade igen ..."

"Location location location. Easy access to metro and short walk to Old Town. However, apartment was older and needs a few upgrades. No air conditioning, so be aware of summer months in Europe."
