"The rooms were clean, good firm matresses and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is average. You might want to order a coffee and get a croissant in a close by bakery. No parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unloading can be a bit difficult if you have bigger luggages. Close by parking garages are available."

"A very pleasant overnight stay in a lovely area of Vienna. We were in the less grand part of the hotel, but it was very comfortable nonetheless with a nice garden and view of the church. Bit of a shame that Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but a minor point really. Beds particularly comfortable and plenty of local cafes and bars to enjoy — as well as the park and palace of course! Would recommend."

"Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need. Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces. When we were staying a school...

"Room was very basic and standard, no extras. It was overall fine but nothing extra. Staff was fine, just checked into room but didn’t engage with local stuff or things to check out. Area is a bit industrial and a bit less convenient - few min walk to transit platform which was nice but felt 15-20 min out of town from things. Buffet breakfast was nice and made things easy as there were very few food options around for the morning."

"The hotel was wonderful—our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and all of the amenities provided were great. It was especially handy to have washers and dryers in the basement for guests’ use, although you do have to download an app to use them and pre-load your account with 20€ (you can claim a refund of any unused portion of your balance). The hotel staff were extremely warm, kind, and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to several public transportation options to the city...

"First off , full marks for location! It is only a few min walk from karlplatz Ubahn station and closer to many attractions. Plus it is close to many restaurants and cafes - including McDonald and Starbucks in karlplatz station as well as a smaller supermarket. So staying on budget without much effort is possible. Rooms were a bit smallish but when you are in Vienna, you are not in room that much !"

"If you need a hotel close to the Hbf - main train station- in Vienna, then this is very good choice. I had a very generous large room, it was quiet and was climatized. Breakfast buffet was a typical German style breakfast buffet. Only wish would be to offer the option to request early checkin or late checkout. They were not accommodating such a request at this hotel either. I don’t know why hotels leave this potential revenue opportunity on the table. Cleaning crews can’t clean every room...

"This is a clean and minimalistic hotel near the train station and other bus/tram stations so was very convenient. Wished there was a mini fridge or microwave so couldn’t keep food or drinks. There is no supermarket nearby, except the one at the train station which was busy and chaotic."
