"Lovely little cottage for our 4 nights stay, good heating and kitchen was well equipped (not that we did much cooking) and a good little selection of games and puzzles. Perfect spot, felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but only 20 mins from Keswick. Best thing was the view!"

One of the highlights of our experience was the **excellent communication from the host**. They were very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. "It was small but had everything I needed. An instruction book for the combi oven/microwave would have been handy, and a rail to hang my clothes on. Very good shower.
I did have problems locking the door from both the inside and outside.
Great views, even though it was on the A66 it was very quiet."
