"Generally clean and quiet. Breakfast was exactly same every day with powdered eggs and cheap cheese and more guests than tables. "

"The room it was clean as well as the bathroom. The room service it was every three day. They offer assistant if you need it. Bed was soft and comfy, clean sheets. The room had an adjacent room that was empty, it should have at least a table, it was a lack of furniture, but is OK if you just need to sleep. Breakfast it was poor, Friday, they wasn't prepare for a big crowd around 8 a.m."

"Parking was packed"

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"Staff was very kind. The shuttle was wonderful. They picked me up at the rental car drop off and took me to the airport on time. The room itself smelled like smoke and was old. However, I just needed to be there for the night and woke up at 3 AM so it served its purpose."

"This property is well located, newly renovated and the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there’s a nice bar/lounge and a decent restaurant. I’d stay here again."

"We’ve stay at Hampton Inns many times and this was the first time we’ve had any concerns. Overall stay was okay. There was no elevator service to the parking garage, but this was stated when we arrived as due to elevator repair/reno and we were given tips to drop off luggage before parking, etc. But the breakfast was a fiasco. It ended at 9am which was a very surprising and chaotic/stressful both for many of the guests scrambling to get breakfast at the last minute. The poor employees were...

"Location was great, subway was just a block or 2 away. Staff was great. 20 minute walk to a few of the museums. As for the room, there were 2 red jellybeans on the floor by the beds. Even after 1 night and housekeeping came, they were still there. Sink had chips/crack, visible stains on carpet. Bathroom was clean, but those details took away the quality that was expected. Pillows were too big or bulky, not comfortable to sleep on. "

"We had an excellent stay. Hotel located in the perfect area - a lot of stores, places to eat, and coffee shops all in less than 5 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great also - a lot of different options. Ruth, front desk agent, is AMAZING! Also, she makes the BEST old fashioned in DC! Overall, great place for leisure or business. I def recommend! "

"Breakfast is fine, but staff are rude in the breakfast dining room, staring at us, even yelled at us to clean up table which was not sat by us, that table was not cleaned when we came in. No idea why the staff thought us leaving trash. Obviously he did not check dining room often."

"The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful! The rooms were clean and the pool was a good added touch for our stay. The only complaint I have was the food. The breakfast buffet was like having nothing because it wasn’t good at all. There’s alot of near by good restaurants so it wasn’t that bad of a deal. Def would stay again! "
