"Lovely hotel near the airport. Clean, tidy, sufficient for our needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite being near the hotel it was pleasantly really quiet and peaceful. I could not hear the planes at all. I would highly recommend. The price of room was reasonable in comparison to others in the area. The parking was at the back of the hotel and easy to use. "Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking. Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.) "When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space.
