"This hotel is such a beautiful respite - the lake area with the Adirondack chairs is perfect to sit and relax. Having Mint (delicious Indian food) on site really completes the stay. My room was clean and decently sized. Will absolutely return!"

"The room was fantastic - lots of space and well laid out. Having a kitchen is always very helpful. The property was well kept and clean. I love the rustic vibe. The amenities were awesome - the kids spent all day in the large outdoor pool. We also enjoyed the arcade and mini-golf. The whole area is clean and comfortable. Staff were very responsive through text - which was handy. We had a little issue, but it was handled quickly. All-in-all, the whole family loved the room, had a great time...

"The room was spectacular! The entire facility was available to us, with wonderful sitting rooms, tables to play games. room service, a pool that is heated 365 days a year, and a history that would blow you away! Dining on the premises and a lovely gift shop."

"Probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Everything looks updated. And did I say clean?Really excellent coffee and generous hot breakfast. Friendly and helpful desk staff. "

"I had an absolutely amazing time here, it is even more beautiful than the pictures. Where do I begin! Right from the start we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property on a golf cart as we reached our cabin. Golf carts are offered and easily available for a lift to anywhere within the property that you’d like. The shower pressure was perfect and hot as well. "I was on a motorcycle riding trip. The Monument Mountain Motel was great ... located in a great part of Massachusetts for riding ... and was very clean and a very nice place."

"Overall our stay at the Inn was very good, the Inn is conveniently located just outside the town of Kent in the center of the Litchfield Hills Region of Northwestern Connecticut. Beautiful area, lots to see and do. Enjoyed an excellent complementary continental breakfast buffet each morning. There is a slightly irregular outside stairway to a couple of upper level rooms which might require a little extra caution "

"Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again"
