"Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!"

"Great house - perfect location! We enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the beach - and morning coffee on the dock by the canal in the backyard. Watching the fish in the water and catching a few resident ducks with babies swim by. By mid afternoon the backyard is in the shade and we enjoyed a few drinks/dinner and music on the deck. Short walk to the Pickleball/tennis courts was great to get a few games in. We will be back next year!"

"Was a perfect place for a short stay & take in the local area amenities. House was rustic, quaint,very spacious, & clean. It was a great place to relax with friends, play some games & cook on the grill after 2 great days at the lake!! We booked day passes for Wellington State Park & it was perfect just 11 mins away from the property. Owner was very responsive with any minor questions we had. Overall it was great stay. "

"This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!"

"The house and location were amazing! Kurt was so helpful throughout. The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah!"

"So blessed to have been able to share our favorite place with our friends this last trip. My boyfriend and I came her for the 7th time, and we will continue to come back. We love the tiny red house but was honestly jealous this trip that our friends got to stay in the large tree house, might have to rent that next time we go. "This is the perfect location for a week on the lake. Private beach and dock with plenty to do: kayaks, canoe, paddle board etc. The house is very well equipped and clean. The view of the lake from the porch is serene and no better way to start your day than having morning coffee there. Note: no washer/dryer. "
