"I used to come here quite a bit for the last year. I’ve never had a bad experience until this stay. The night auditor on 3-14 was incredibly rude to me. The card machine wasn’t reading my card for incidentals because it was after midnight and I had to ask her to manually enter my card number after calling my bank and having them verify no charges had come in. Otherwise the staff was nice enough. Another guest mentioned there were bed bugs. All in all I won’t be back."

"The front desk upon checking in was rude. The microwave wasn't working, but it was the entire plug that didn't work. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. "The property is in a great location. The outside of the hotel can use some updates. The rooms are updated. The shower has very good water pressure. The tv options are dish network (which did not work the whole first day), and Netflix. It was hot in SF when stayed 87-88 degrees. The thermostat was inconsistent.
