The historic Hyatt Lake cabin was fabulous - the modernization of the cabin was wonderful. The little details like Moose Country dishes, and old fashion style quilts on the beds were perfect. The modern conveniences like a dishwasher and rain shower shower head made the stay comfortable too. We BBQ'd, played horse shoes and had a fire in the fireplace. We went to see matinees at OSF and it was great coming back to a cozy retreat. We hope to come back again for a longer stay.

We had a great a time at this cabin! It was very clean and nice. My only complaint is with the lighting... The kitchen is so dark that you can't do anything without using a flashlight. The porch light on the deck was burned out (I replaced the bulb)The patio strand lights are about half burned out.
