You will be close to everything in this centrally located home! Newly renovated! 3 bed, 1 bath! Sleeps 10. Pet friendly (fee applies) with fenced in backyard. Front porch has 2 steps and then one step onto home. 2 bedrooms and bathroom on ground level, no steps. Loft bedroom and basement (for laundry) require steps.

Our home is clean and uncluttered, boasting new mattresses and new smart TV's. You will have everything you need when you stay with us! I have stocked our home so that you feel at home!

We came to Ashland for a holiday weekend full of family get togethers and graduation celebrations. We rented this house so that our whole family could stay together. The house was clean and tidy, and the owner had put great thought into providing for her guests needs. My grandchildren loved the toys that were available. The fenced in backyard allowed us to bring our dog as well. The only downside was that there was only one bathroom. However, it’s not hard to learn to take turns.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and met our needs. It was close to restaurants and stores; and a short drive to Mansfield. The snacks and other little amenities were a nice touch. Lauren was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

We made our arrangements at the last minute due to a death in the family. The owners here were absolutely wonderful to communicate with. They’re very friendly, understanding & patient. The home was very clean with many extras. We were very comfortable.

This property was great - it was everything the listing stated. So clean! It is quaint, in a charming little neighborhood close the Ashland Uni and great for walking. The fenced in back yard makes it so convenient if you’re traveling with pets. I’ve already recommended the property to my family when they have company in town! Thanks guys! (I only wish I’d cleaned up more before I left. I was rushed! Sorry Lauren!)
