"Clean hotel, located in convenient location. Staff is not very friendly. This hotel is located in suburb of Milwaukee. Yet couldn't watch the brewer game at hotel due to their cable package. Very disappointing."

"Found a bug in the shower, no remote for tv, coffee maker was not working, and the room never got colder than 75 degrees. When complained they said they would get it fixed but never saw anyone till the morning. When I complained again to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do because I reserved with Expedia. Paid 380.00 for a bad basic room. Way over rated."

We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken.
