"My room was on the first floor, but renovation work was underway on the second floor, making it very noisy. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't close. The light attached to the bed didn't work, and the power outlet was inconveniently located."

"The property was very old, I do like houses with characters, but not with breaking down conditions. They said breakfast included but you have to write to them ahead of time to request. It was not clearly stated anywhere when booking the place."
