Nice cottage, good location

This is a well-equipped cottage in a great location for access to Asheville. It is an old structure, and some parts are showing their age. But the place was very clean, the bed comfortable and we found everything we needed.

Cutest cottage ever! Perfect for Mother’s Day weekend! Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. I also loved hearing the rooster in the mornings.

Amazing stay!

Loved the cute house. I came here with my fiancée and another couple. It was clean, comfortable, and only about 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. I love that there was a coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar. The beds were comfortable. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Asheville!

Woodfin Rental

This Vrbo rental was exactly as described in the listing. It was perfect for our small group and was really convenient for getting into Asheville and exploring the area. Plenty of warm blankets for a cold February weekend and the heat worked well, if slightly loud. There is a nice little coffee shop (Hi Five Coffee) along the French Broad River that's a 5 minute walk away, which made mornings easy. The rental was clean and nicely decorated and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cute home in great location

Our family stayed in this home for a week in July. My husband, our 2 teen daughters and myself were very comfortable in this house. Although it was a rainy week, we still found a ton to do. We took several hikes (Chimney Rock and Graveyard Fields), visited family a couple hours away, walked all over downtown Asheville and the Biltmore shops. Every morning we drive to the bottom of the road and had coffee and breakfast at a cute shop along the French Broad River. Great, cozy home to come back to each evening. Katie was an excellent responsive host!home

Looking for snow

We came to Ashville hoping to find snow, but alas there was none. However, we still had a great time and really enjoyed staying at Woodfin. It had everything we needed and was within easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. If you have a larger vehicle - I drive a Ford Bronco Badlands - turning around in the driveway can be a little tight. It worked out fine, just something to be aware of. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Cozy + cute abode with everything you need!

We loved our NYE stay! The house was cute, well decorated, super well stocked (vintage mugs and glasses, coffee, games, laundry, little snacks) and perfect for the three of us for two nights. Note that the bathroom that has a shower is in one bedroom, so if friends are staying in the other room they’ll need to cross through in order to shower. The living room “communal” bathroom is just a toilet and laundry room. The couch is small but that didn’t bother us much! There is outdoor seating but it was too cold for us to use. The house is on a main road but we didn’t hear too much noise! Beds weren’t super comfy for two people (our friend sleeping alone felt good in his!) but doable for a couple nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay - esp how unique, quaint and well furnished the space is!

Asheville Gem

This super cute house is perfect for people who like privacy and space. We wanted a place to relax after our trips to The Biltmore and surrounding areas. It comes with everything you need when you’re away from home. We were very comfortable and slept well at night. We also liked the fact that the parking is very close to the entrance, so we unloaded and loaded the car with ease.
