Hot tub was great. Size of rental was perfect for us. The AC worked well. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but the price was right. Location was great. All in all I would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay (but know you will be dealing with a sore back).

This was a very comfortable property for a mom and two elementary aged daughters visiting family in the area. The property was very clean, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. Beautiful views and close proximity to all of town add to the appeal. A couple of things were not super clear on the listing and might be helpful for future travelers. First, there is no kitchen sink. Any water has to come from one of the bathroom sinks, and although not a dealbreaker, it was a limiting feature for us. Second, there is free parking on the street, but it is a very busy street and parking is on the opposite side of the road from the accommodations. If you have a small children, mobility issues, or a lot of luggage, that might be a limiting factor for you, as it was for us. Overall, a great stay with a couple of cautionary items.

Basic kitchen amenities were completely lacking: no sink, stove, hot plate, toaster, flatware, or silverware. Bathroom heater did not work. Heating controls for the unit were very hard to figure out. The hot tub was excellent, and TV services were good, and the bed not bad. But not a satisfactory visit all in all due to lack of amenities in this particular unit.

If you have any physical challenges which affect your ability to use stairs, this is NOT a safe place to stay. When we booked, the write up did NOT make any reference to three tiers of steps, three steps on each tier, without a railing! The location is great for exploring beautiful Asheville. There was full disclosure about parking on the street only. We found that to be very inconvenient and also difficult to navigate in and out of the car. The view from the deck was beautiful, as was the neighborhood,

Cozy Getaway

Check-in was smooth, and the house felt warm and spotless upon arrival. The hot tub worked perfectly, adding to the relaxing experience. Although we only used the fridge and freezer, they were very handy for our short stay. A thoughtful selection of books, games, and a binder of local recommendations made the visit even more enjoyable.

Great place to stay

I loved the location of this rental. My main concern was parking but we were able to park across the street without a problem. One thing to note is that it is just a kitchenette set up. So, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious bathroom and the view from the patio!
