The loft is located in the heart of downtown Asheville, one of the most vibrant and walkable areas in North Carolina. Step outside and you’ll find:

Many of Asheville’s most popular destinations are just a short drive away, including The Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Pisgah National Forest.



GETTING AROUND:

Downtown Asheville is extremely walkable, and most guests explore the area on foot. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available, and many of Asheville’s outdoor attractions are within a 15–30 minute drive.

Guests will have access to the entire loft during their stay. Daily public parking is conveniently available directly across the street at the Rankin Avenue Parking Deck, making arrival and unloading very easy for guests staying downtown.

Kitchen was well appointed. Shops, restaurants so easy to get to. Parking garage close by. Took the trolley tour which was short walking distance from front door. Except for the first responders, open tail pipe loud cars below, the place was surprisingly quiet considering how close to shops, restaurants and bars. Would stay there again. O, and Joe Namath even stayed here, pretty cool.

Location is ideally located nears shops and restaurants. Easy access to parking and highway access. The unit was well equipped and even provided coffee. Calle was very accommodating, our flights were cancelled due winter storm hitting the country. They were able to adjust our reservation. . We would recommend this property!

The loft was great and we couldn’t ask for a better host. However accessing the loft is not convenient. Streets full of homeless in the doorway. Vomit and other bodily fluids on the sidewalks. Nice diner couple of doors down. Very convenient to all other nicer areas of town.

This loft apartment was perfect for me and my sister. Our host, Jason, and his team were excellent at communicating. We ran into a couple small issues upon check in that were immediately addressed. Kitchen had dishes, and appliances. It was set up well. We were close to bars, resturants and a music venue. I was very excited to realize the lobster trap restaurant 1

We really enjoyed our stay at this loft property in Asheville. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A special bonus was the use of the gas fire in the evening. The location of the property was very central, and an easy walk to restaurants and we also checked out a few of the local craft breweries! Parking was very easy in the parking lot across the road. This was our first time to Asheville and we really enjoyed it and wished we had longer there. Would definitely recommend this comfortable property!

Sisters Asheville Trip

We had an awesome trip, parking was close by which made travel to local destinations easy. It was also walkable to restaurants and shopping. The Loft is beautiful and has lovely high ceilings. Great Wifi Access and the kitchen fit our needs.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of downtown....but quiet! Even on Friday night with music pumping on the street, we slept like cherubs. Beautiful features and details in a well arranged space. The pup portraits were a favorite! Extremely comfortable beds.

The unit was great- a bit noisy as it is in the heart of downtown, but they provided white noise machines in the bedrooms for night. Parking is an issue as they note in description but we found a permit lot that was open after 6pm till 8am everyday and all day Sunday that was free so we parked there. Communication with the host was great! Definitely would stay again.

Spotless, well stocked kitchen, right in the MIDDLE of downtown. No need to drive anywhere. The hosts communication was timely, friendly, and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Also, one of the easiest check-out processes. Planning on staying again for our next Asheville trip!

Ringing in the New Year! 2025

Amazing downtown loft that is in the perfect location. A 5 minute walk to anywhere, which was great for ringing in the New Year. The loft was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The host was quick to respond and gave clear directions on the check in and out instructions. We will be back!

Beautiful Loft

The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay.

Perfect location in a lovely downtown

If you are looking for a centrally located home in Asheville, this is it. The hosts kept in close contact with me and answered any questions quite promptly. The interior looked to be recently updated and was very nice and comfy. We were surprised how quiet the loft was, considering the loft is located downtown. You can walk to a plethora of restaurants. Parking garage is across the street. Thank you for a delightful week! We really felt at home in a special town and your loft. Thanks for sharing!
