You will find peace, relaxation and nature in Emil's Hus! It is a typical Småland country house and belongs to the Rösjönäs farm. Children enjoy the large areas for playing, outdoors and indoors. Leisure activities start right on the doorstep. 300 m nature path to Rösjön with rowing boat (use included in the rental price), fireplace, grill and rustic seating area.

Child-friendly bathing spots and various fishing waters are nearby, and well-known destinations such as Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World, Elk Park, the wooden town of Eksjö and the island of Öland are within easy reach.

Emils Hus is lovingly furnished and offers a lot of space, indoors and outdoors. 110 sqm, with a practically equipped kitchen, living room, toilet on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, shower / toilet and balcony on the upper floor. Magnificent garden, 3,000 sqm, garden furniture, barbecue.

4 km to the popular and child-friendly bathing area with diving platform and playground in Näshult, where there is also Näshult's restaurant & café, mini golf and a worth seeing wooden church.

Summer and winter activities for the whole family: swimming, cycling, paddling, fishing, hiking, walking on forest paths, nature trails, wildlife observation, cross-country skiing, two smaller ski facilities with ski rental and drag lift are each 25 km away, ice skating on the lake (of course only in cold weather).

Attractive excursion destinations: Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, furniture and glass kingdom with well-known Swedish design, moose parks, the traditional wooden town of Eksjö, Kleva gruva, the island of Öland.

The closest neighbor, 300 m from Emils Hus, is us, the landlords. We would be happy to provide you with fresh breakfast eggs. You can pick wild berries and mushrooms near Emils Hus!
We speak German, English and Swedish and would also be happy to answer you by phone. If you have any special requests, just ask us!

We are happy to give you tips for excursions for young and old, hiking tips on nearby hiking trails and of course we also help you with the purchase of fishing permits for different waters. We are also happy to help you with bicycles, mountain bikes, canoes and kayaks.

Internet access in Emils Hus can be chosen for a fee.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Emils Hus mit den tollen Gastgebern! Wir haben das liebevoll eingerichtete schwedische Haus geliebt, die große gemütliche Küche mit dem herrlichen Blick in den Garten. Auf den Betten oder im riesigen Garten kann man toll lesen und die Seele zur Ruhe kommen lassen. Wir sind mit Anleitung Pilze suchen gegangen, die wir dann zu Nudeln oder im Risotto gegessen oder über dem Lagerfeuer gebraten haben. Ausserdem gab es Preiselbeeren und Blaubeeren zu finden. Beim Rudern und Lagerfeuermachen hatten unsere Kinder viel Freude. Mit mehr Zeit hätten wir noch Tiere beobachten und Angeln gehen können. Von Emils Hus lassen sich Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen: nach Vimmerby oder ins IKEA Museum, nach Värnamo oder in die Kleinstädte Vetlanda oder Eksjö. Ulrike und Jürgen helfen in allen Lebenslagen und sind phantastische Gastgeber!

Emils hus har en dejlig stemning og man føler sig straks godt tilpas. Udlejerne er særdeles søde og hjælpsomme og området er super skønt. Masser af smuk skov og natur og frisk luft.

Vi havde den dejligste vintertur til Emils hus! Vores tvillinger på 6 år siger at det er den bedste ferie, de nogensinde har været på! Vi elskede alle hus, skov og sø....

Ulrike und Jürgen Dück sind ganz tolle Vermieter. Sie haben unseren Urlaub in Emils Hus zu einer unvergesslichen Zeit in Smaland gemacht. Sie haben sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und standen immer mit Tipps und Rat zur Seite. Unser 5 jähriger Sohn war begeistert vom Angel und der Natur. Auch Hühner füttern war der Hit. Wir waren auf jedes Wetter gut vorbereitet. Pilze sammeln war auch toll!Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Ruhe und Natur lässt einen total runter kommen. Danke für eine tolle Zeit. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wir haben im Juli 2019 10 wunderschöne Tage in Emils Hus verbracht (2 Erwachsene uns 2 Kinder 5 und 8 Jahre). Wir wurden von Ulrike und Jürgen herzlich empfangen und in das Haus sowie die Umgebung eingeführt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bad im Obergeschoss ist renoviert und mit WC, Waschbecken und einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Insbesondere der Grillplatz am ca. 300m entfernten See hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen, hier haben wir einige schöne Abende verbracht. Es steht ein Ruderboot mit Schwimmwesten für die Kinder zur Verfügung. Auch die direkte Umgebung hat einiges zu bieten...einsame Wälder die sich durchwandern lassen und immer ein paar Überraschungen für kleine Entdecker bereithalten. Wir hatten auch das Glück die ein oder andere Begegnung mit der einheimischen Tierwelt zu machen. An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Dankeschön an Jürgen, der uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, mit Insiderwissen über die heimische Tierwelt versorgt hat und uns auch in die Geheimnisse des Angelns eingewiesen hat. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht kann man sie hier wirklich finden. Wer Aktivitäten und Ausflugsziele sucht, wird auch diese in der Umgebung finden. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit! Herzlichen Dank! Wir ( 2Erwachsene und ein 2 jähriges Kind) waren im Juni 2019 für eine Woche in Emils Hus und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Das traditionelle Holzhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, bietet viel Platz und one gemütliche Einrichtung. Schon nach kurzer Zeit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns entspannen. Die Vermieter standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und haben eine. Großen Anteil daran, dass dieser Urlaub für uns unvergesslich bleibt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
