"Room was looking out at a dirty wall, very dark. At the roof top bar the complimentary crisps were stale. There was a poor choice of hot food at breakfast especially for vegetarians who don’t eat eggs, no toast either."

"We would recommend for the hotel to change the ac:s that were very noisy and old. We got a room were the ac was so loud so we got to change room. In the new room it was almost as loud and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep and then it was so warm. But very friendly staff, nice old buildings ..."

"Super close to the leaning tower. Room was ok but location was excellent. View from room was great. Stairs were steep so if you have problems climbing, this may not help. Check in was not simple - even though it said till midnight, had to ring bell and wait for someone from the outside to come. Took ..."
