The resort is situated right on the ocean and is surrounded by sandy beaches that are ideal for families, as they slope gently and are easily accessible on foot. Within this diverse resort, you’ll find: restaurants, sports facilities, playgrounds, entertainment, and much more. Additional perks include the resort’s washing machines and dryers, shopping options, and the beautiful wellness center.
The Baia Revolution mobile home can accommodate up to 6 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms—one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed. The living room features a cozy dining area with satellite TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and includes a stove, pots, dishes, silverware, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Both bathrooms feature a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The covered and raised wooden porch with a table and chairs is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground. Barbecuing is permitted using an electric or gas grill; you must bring your own grill. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The beautiful sandy beaches scattered around the resort are available to all guests. Whether you’re looking for large sandbars, small coves, or smaller sandy beaches, there’s something for everyone. The sandy beaches all slope gently into the water, making them ideal for small children who love to play in the shallow water. Most of the beaches are public, and you can comfortably settle in on the warm sand. For those who love action, there are opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, or scuba diving.

Entertainment, playgrounds, a fitness center, and so much more. Variety is a top priority here! No matter your age, everyone can plan a varied daily schedule. Both children and adults can join the Tessera Club and enjoy a variety of daily activities: dancing, sports tournaments, ping pong, and various entertainment options from morning to night. For the little ones, there’s a separate Mini Club. Singers, dancers, and actors bring unforgettable evenings to life, enchanting audiences of all ages. Morning stretching sessions in the amphitheater to start the day off right, water aerobics in the magnificent emerald-green sea, and afternoon aerobics in the amphitheater— that’s a great way to stay active even on vacation. For guests who prefer more action, there are other options: windsurfing, scuba diving, the fitness center, soccer, or bike tours.

The resort has a supermarket where you’ll find not only fresh groceries but also a wide selection of everyday items.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you also have the option of dining at one of the restaurants within the resort. A wide variety of Italian cuisine awaits you. You are also welcome to take advantage of half-board or full-board options at favorable rates. You are welcome to book these on-site (advance registration is not required).
PETS
Two pets (medium-sized) are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking. Note: A final cleaning fee per vacation rental is mandatory if dogs are brought along.

The vacation village is located on the northeastern side of the island of Sardinia. The small headland on which the resort is situated is 90% surrounded by water, making it a true beach paradise. It’s also just a few minutes’ drive to the center of Cannigione.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
Olbia is considered the fourth-largest city in Sardinia and is one of the most important hubs in the island’s economic network. The region is a hotspot for jet-setters, thanks in part to its marina. The famous streets Corso Umberto and Viale Aldo Moro, which invite you to stroll and wander, are located right in the heart of the city and are impossible to miss. The “Aquadream” water park is sure to offer fun for the whole family with its many water slides and countless pools for all ages—and it’s just a few minutes’ drive from the city! Those who want to enjoy the region’s nightlife will find plenty of bars and nightclubs. Countless restaurants serving traditional Sardinian cuisine will delight you with their seafood, aromatic meats, and delicious antipasti. Wine lovers won’t be disappointed either: many wineries offer wine testings and guided tours of the vineyards. You’re sure to find other Sardinian specialties—such as the paper-thin flatbread pane carasau, local cheeses, salsicce, or the liqueur mirto—in the specialty shops scattered throughout the region. Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., a weekly market takes place on Via Antonio Sangallo in Olbia. There you’ll find groceries, herbs, handicrafts, and household goods. If you’d rather go during the week, the market is held on Tuesdays in Piazza Crispi. Looking for a shopping center? No problem! The Auchan is located at the north exit toward Costa Smeralda. There’s also a fashion outlet next to the highway heading north. San Teodoro, a former fishing village, is now one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Olbia region. If you enjoy hiking, we recommend exploring the natural surroundings of San Teodoro. The area’s flora and fauna have plenty to offer! With a little luck, you might spot flamingos, wildcats, or golden eagles here. Beautiful waterfalls and yew forests also attract many hikers. The Olbia-Tempio region offers countless hiking trails in all kinds of terrain. The beautiful La Maddalena National Park can be reached by a short boat ride and is definitely worth a visit. In the navy-blue waters, you’ll find starfish, crabs, coral, and even dolphins! Beautiful beach coves invite you to unwind and enjoy yourself. Films, informational displays, and guided hikes are available at one of the two small museums on the island. From there, you can explore countless bike trails, such as those through the Capo Figari Nature Park. There, from hidden coves to naval bases, you’ll find everything that makes a hiker’s and nature lover’s heart beat faster. If you’re planning a trip to Sardinia in the spring, you won’t be able to swim in the sea yet, but you’ll discover countless herbs, flowers, and shrubs. Sardinia is known for its many herbs and medicinal plants, such as rosemary, thyme, sage, and lavender.
