"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."

"My experience with the hotel’s management was disappointing. The lobby manager made me feel unwelcome, even as a returning customer. Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but...

"Decent Breakfast buffet for the price as most surrounding restaurants would charge $12 to $18 for this type of food and service. NICE view from high floors. AVOID the low floors if you are sensitive to outdoor freeway noise or book the cheapest side rooms. Better to pay more around $30 to $50 nightly for the larger rooms"

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."
