"Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. "Had a pleasant stay here. Location was very near to harbour bay ferry terminal (walking distance). Check-in was swift. Prior to our arrival, I received a message on WhatsApp from concierge if there’s anything they can assist (tip top service). Room was nicely done up as per our remark. Room nice and clean, spacious.
