THE PROPERTY

The front door to the property is accessed via a private gated courtyard, where two flights of stairs lead you to the apartment which is situated above one of Arundel’s favourite cafe/coffee shops. This delightful flat echos the past history of the quaint town, glimpsing a view of magnificent castle from the bedroom window.
Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed, bedside units and wardrobe
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, bedside units and hanging rail.
Lounge: Double sofa bed (for 1-2 guests / short stays)

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has an overhead shower, toilet & sink
Complimentary hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet rolls
Bath towels and hand towels are provided

LOUNGE:
This sunny lounge is a great place to relax, watch a movie or catch up on a bit of work!
It has two settees, a Smart TV to connect to your favourite apps and an ‘open hatch’ allowing conversation to flow between the kitchen and lounge area.

KITCHEN AREA:
The kitchen holds sufficient day to day dishes and cookware for all guests needs. You'll find complimentary tea, sugar and instant coffee or a supply of Nespresso ‘original pods’ if you use the coffee machine. You'll also find simple condiments like salt, pepper, oil and herbs. If you’re using the washing machine, there's a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener, pegs, and ironing board.

There is a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & washing machine.

DINING AREA:
The dining table seats 4 people comfortably and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.

RELAXING AREA:
At the end of the kitchen/dining area, there are two easy chairs and a coffee table, providing additional seating in what is ‘the hub’ of the apartment.

We operate self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. You will be given the access code a day prior to arrival.
