North area of GranCanaria (quintanilla beach), first line of the sea, fully furnished and equipped. 10 minutes from the capital.
Places of interest: supermarket, public transport, pharmacy. You will love my place because of the light, the cozy space and the tranquility.
Housing on one floor, easy access. It has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace and two bathrooms. The house has some sea views and stunning sunsets. Maximum guests staying up to 6.
Very well connected area. Ideal place for trips to any municipality on the island of Gran Canaria.
Close to the capital to the most important municipalities of the island.
Marine neighborhood where aquatic activities (Surf) and restaurants with typical Canarian food take place.
The house is located in a strategic point in the north of Gran Canaria (municipality of Arucas). It is located 10 minutes from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the municipalities of Guía, Gáldar and Agaete, a place of connection with the island of Tenerife.
Opposite is the sea, which by its characteristics is very suitable for the practice of water sports and activities. The beach is also peculiar for its seasonal sand (May-December). Nearby are restaurants where you can enjoy typical Canarian meals and all kinds of services (supermarkets, for bus, pharmacy). You will also find natural pools.

Haus am Meer

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, man fühlt sich sofort im Urlaub! Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Neben den bequemen Betten konnten auch die modernen Badezimmer überzeugen. Die Lage bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten auf der ganzen Insel, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert! Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Fahrminuten entfernt, auch Lokale gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das einzige Manko ist die unübersichtliche Zufahrt direkt an der Schnellstraße, hier ist immer erhöhte Konzentration beim Ein- und Ausfahren gefordert. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und stets um unser Wohl bemüht, die Kommunikation über Whatsapp funktionierte immer prompt (allerdings nur auf Spanisch, aber zum Glück gibt es ja Übersetzungs-Apps). Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Alle, die Ruhe und Erhohlung abseits der üblichen Touristen-Orte suchen!

Gut gelegenes Appartement

Sehr gut gelegenes Appartement mit super tollen Ausblick aufs Meer, welches direkt vor dem Haus ist ( Max 10 Meter ). Im Appartement ist alles verfügbar was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut . Las Canteras ( Strand von las palmas ) ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, sowie die Innenstadt. In 5 Minuten Entfernung ist der nächste große Supermarkt . Im Dorf ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt , Bar etc welches man in wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreicht . Alles im allen hatten wir eine super Zeit über Weihnachten und Silvester mit tollem Feuerwerk am Strand !!

Propriétaire très sympathique, accueillante et à l'écoute. Logement particulièrement propre.

Minerva est très attentive au bien-être et au confort de ses hôtes, elle répond très rapidement aux questions, c'est très agréable. L'appartement est très propre, bien insonorisé et la vue sur l'océan est très belle. De cette localisation, on rejoint rapidement différents sites à visiter.

Ein absoluter Traum!

Wir hatten im Juni 2019 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem herrlichen Haus von Minerva mit vier Personen verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, das Haus ist sehr sauber und Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt nahezu direkt an der Straße und verfügt über einen großen, eigenen Parkplatz. Da zwischen dem Haus und der Straße ein weiteres Gebäude ist, kann man den Verkehr im Haus und auf der Terrasse nicht hören. Durch die optimale Verkehrsanbindung sind alle Teile der Insel gut über die Autobahn erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Terrasse ist ungefähr 10m vom Meer entfernt. Von dort genießt man einen direkten, überwältigenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Im Westen kann man bei klarem Wetter Teneriffa und den Teide sehen. Das herrliche Meeresrauschen ist und immer präsent, kann aber in der Wohnung durch die gut schließenden Fenster nach Bedarf ausgeblendet werden. Auf den Felsen vor dem Haus kann man sehr gut meditieren oder ach nur herumklettern. Westlich bildet sich bei Ebbe in ca. 100m Entfernung an einen schönen Sandstrand zum Baden. Der Strand ist durch Felsen und große Steine eingerahmt. In ca. 200- 500m Entfernung sind die Wellen sehr gut zum Surfen geeignet. Für uns ist das Haus ein absoluter Traum und wir werden beim nächsten Urlaub gerne wiederkommen.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very well equipped (towels, bed linen, kitchen supplies, ...). Also a baby bed was provided. Very much recommended!

wunderbare Aussicht, schönes Haus - ein perfektes Feriendomizil für die Familie

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick (Wellen, Surfer und Teneriffa) und fernab der Touristenzentren. Perfekt für den privaten Familienurlaub. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Umfangreiche und neue Ausstattung, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Urlaub und kommen gern wieder.

Een mooi, zeer schoon huis, verzorging tot in de puntjes. Eigenaar heel gastvrij. Zoon spreekt ENG.

Klein dorpje met 1 mini supermarkt en een traditionele bar met tappas. Prachtige ligging. Wandelen via leuke route naar fijn zwemstrand 20 minuten. Daar ook restaurants op de route. Door locatie Weinig touristen gezien in hoogseizoen! Top.

komfortable Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Neue gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer, am Rande des Surfspots Quintanilla. Die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist neu, die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem großen Balkon hat man uneingeschränkten Blick auf das Meer. Das Objekt befindet sich zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße, jedoch auf der zum Meer zugewandten Rückseite. Von Straßenverkehr ist deshalb nichts zu hören, nur das stetige Rauschen des Meeres. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Auto ist aber trotzdem zu empfehlen. Der Standort eignet sich auch gut für Ausflüge, Las Palmas oder die Westküste sind in weniger als einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Für Fahrten in das Landesinnere muss man deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen, lohnenswert sind hier aber die vielfältigen Wanderwege. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht aber nur spanisch. Insgesamt gesehen sehr empfehlenswert!

Great place right on the coast

Minerva is a helpful and attentive host, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's right between the main GC-2 road and the sea, but set back from the road and you can't hear the traffic over the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. The location shown by the Homeaway web site is misleading - the house is to the west of Banaderos and it's a 15 minute walk to get into the village where there are a couple of restaurants. There's a well stocked supermarket close by, which is open late except on Sundays. A car is recommended (a bus stop is close by though) Otherwise access to Las Palmas and the central mountains is great and it's only just over an hour down to Maspalomas. We had a lovely 4 days here
