"The room was nice and clean. Everything looks new and stylish. The bed were clean and comfortable. The washroom were large and clean. Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for downtown."

"I enjoyed the stay, but the staff needs to communicate their fees better. When I checked in, I was adding 2 others to the room and needed the extra keys. The staff informed me it was a $35 one time fee. That was their words "one time fee of 35". What they neglected to say, was that it was 35 each night for the additional people. So, the total they charged me was over 200 dollars extra. Don't say it's a 'one time fee' as if it's only 35 dollars and nothing else extra. And I asked them twice,...

"The hotel has a lot of history and that is why we stayed. We arrived late the first nite (11pm) and first wondered how we would get our luggage up the stairs, but somehow we did it. The attendant was not there. There is no way for the public to transport luggage from their vehicle inside other than by stairs. My husband chose self park and parked our rental car in a parkade which the next day he could not locate🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️. We finally found it. The room was very cold when we got inside and we...
