アルメニアは日本人にとってユーロ圏と比較して物価が比較的安いけれど、こちらは破格に安かった。 ただし、エコノミーシングルの場合、室内が二層構造になっていて、ベッドとテレビのある上層へは軍艦並みの急な階段を昇降しなければならない。 また、冷蔵庫と電気ポットはない（ロビーに冷温水器あり）ので、室内での飲食は不便。 さらに、洗面・トイレ及びシャワー室は狭くカーテンによる仕切が不十分で隙間から大量に流水して床が水没する。そのため、日に何度かタオルで拭いて水出しする必要があった。 朝食は品数豊富で、十分満足できた。 普通の客室も安いのでそちらにしても良かったと思う。
