"The door to our room was propped open with a hanger. There was no towels, hair hanging from tub faucet . The bar where the hand towel should hang was dirty. Stained carpets. Ironing board had a dark spot on it , fridge was not clean. Hair dryer didn't work , bathroom light wouldn't come on....but then it did by itself. There was no place to put the coffee filter, that part was missing, but the room was equipped with the coffee pot and cups and amenities. We went to the front desk to ask for...

"The hotel is aging and the room was crowded The only seat was one desk chair on a double queen room The coffeemaker had to be used on the desk alongside the ice bucket so no room to use the desk. There was a hanger bar with a luggage shelf in the room itself. Breakfast only had omelets with green peppers and the waffle batter had berries in it. I want plain eggs and plain waffles"

"This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. "Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!"
