"This was the perfect place for a retreat with a mix of southern hospitality and the country life not far from civilization. Mitsy and Jason were the best host we’ve had thus far. They do their best to ensure you have fun and relaxing experience with all of the games, ATV and trails as well as the hot tub! You won’t be disappointed we definitely weren’t. Be sure to visit the pigs especially Jolene and her mini Jolene’s and big ole Mac. Lol ask for a conversation with petunia. "

"Well maintained and well kept place to stay. We were just staying for a night, but this would be a great place to spend some time at. Close to the lake, and just off the beaten path. While, still being close to any amenities you might need."

"Very enjoyable and quiet guest apartment. There are stunning historical homes in this neighborhood. This two bedroom plus a dine in kitchen second floor guest quarters was a perfect accommodation while visiting friends in Tyler."

"Was a beautiful property and enjoyed that it was off the beaten path. Roxy made missing my own dogs easier. She is such a sweet dog."

"Such a fun and unique property with amazing communication from the hosts! The check-in and check-out process was easy. The house was clean and in a great location. We arrived late after helping set up for an outdoor wedding all day, and the AC was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for our senior dogs to explore. I messaged the host when I could not find the coffee maker, and she delivered one to us almost immediately, which was beyond appreciated since our weekend was so busy. Absolutely...

"Loved the accomodations! Just the minor glitch with the cable/internet provider, but the host had some great movies to choose from! Excellent communication. Would stay here again!"

"This is a great house with awesome space for a large group. 4 bedrooms/3 baths were awesome with everyone having enough space to get ready for a wedding and to sit around the dining table playing games. Was easy to get to everything on the itinerary in 15-20 minutes. The hosts checked in on us and were very communicative. Used door dash twice and both dashers were super friendly as welll."
