  • This apartment is located in front of the sea. Next to the doorway of the building there are the stairs which give you access to the beach.From the terrace of the apartment you have one of the best views of the south of Tenerife.


    The beach next to the apartment is called “Playa de las vistas” and is one of the few beaches in Tenerife that has light sand.

    The apartment is located in the historical center of LOS CRISTIANOS and 12 Kms away from the Tenerife South Airport. LOS CRISTIANOS and its surroundings are the most important tourist center of the Island of TENERIFE. In the area you will find the best shopping centers of the island as well as a great number of services; Restaurants, cafes, banks etc.

    A few meters away from the apartment there is a promenade that connects Los Cristianos with Las Americas

    The apartment has been renovated in its entirety; It Is modern and functional.

    All the rooms of the apartment as well as the living room has exterior windows where you can see the sea from them.

    It has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom A has a bed of 1:40 cm. Bedroom B has 3 beds of 90cm (two of them are bunk beds). It also has a spacious living-dining room with a 40 "HD TV and an outside dining terrace with the most spectacular views you can imagine.The apartment is part of a family-friendly neighborhood and its entrance is closed 24 hours Of the day .

    The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay (Bath Towels, Bed Linen, Kitchen Utensils, WIFI, washing machine etc.

    Upon request, a baby's crib & chair will be provided at no additional cost.

    Chek in & check out between 22:00 and 8:00 will cost € 40

Wunderbare Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Mega tolle Lage an einem der schönsten Strände auf Teneriffa. In der Nähe von Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Shopping Straße. Einfach wunderschön. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon ist traumhaft.

The location was perfect, and I particularly enjoyed the great view from the balcony. However, I did want to provide some feedback regarding a few critical areas.First, the lack of air conditioning was a significant issue, especially during the night time. Since I had to leave the windows open due to the heat, the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the apartment overall feels quite dated and could benefit significantly from an update.

Blei litt skuffet da det viste seg å være køyesenger og ikke en enkeltseng som vist på websiden. Vi var 3 godt voksne og hadde trøbbel med å ligge i køyeseng. Ellers ok.

Very noisy on Friday and Saturday. No air-con. Otherwise very good.£

Great location. Could have done with air-con and an oven. Very noisy at weekends with club opposite and emptingof buckets during the night.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, bezogen der Aussicht auf das Meer. Leider ist der Straßenlärm immer präsent, besonders wenn die Fähren ankommen. Die Parkplatzsuche ist auch ein permanetes Abenteuer.

Lovely apartment.

This is a modern convenient apartment with all necessary amentities. The neighborhood is great, lots of restaurants and a nice beach a couple of minutes away. The very likeable town of los Cristianos is to your left a minute away. Last but not least the balcony has a fantastic view and sunshine from morning to sunset.

Il nostro giudizio e' sicuramente positivo.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento e' molto luminoso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Comodo alla spiaggia e passeggiata. Ringraziamo la Sig.ra Isabel per la sua disponibilita' e gentilezza. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie

Gute Lage, Hauptstasse sehr laut

Es war Abends und Nachts sehr laut, keine Klima trotz Buchung, Fahrstuhl mehrmals defekt so 4 Treppen zu Fuß. Mit dem Koffer und bei 30 Grad am Anreisetag sehr mühsam.

realistische Beschreibung - saubere Wohnung

Strandnahe Lage mit sehr guter Aussicht Gut eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung sehr gute Betreuung. Wohnflächenangabe mit 90m² etwas zu optimistisch, vermutlich eher 50m²
