  • The Jacaranda apartment is located right in the heart of Playa de las Americas in a very central location. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea. On a clear day you can see the neighboring island of La Gomera. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN.
    The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine.

    The apartment offers plenty of space for a large family or two couples. The bedroom has a cozy double bed. There is a separate winter garden with a glazed balcony. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room that can comfortably sleep an additional 2 people.
    The cozy living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs (all German programs are received).
    The bathroom has a shower with a shower screen and a mirrored cabinet with a hair dryer.

    There is also a washing machine and an iron.
    A cozy seating area invites you to eat together.
    The balcony is covered and the sliding windows can be opened.

    The pool area is almost directly below the apartment.

Séjour entre amis

Logement idéalement placé pour profiter d'Arona sans être gêné par la vie nocturne agitée. Très jolie vue sur mer avec soleil couchant. L'équipement est complet. Que les adeptes du matelas ferme s'abstiennent, les matelas sont très mous.

Disappointments

Only one of four beds was good enough to sleep.My wife had to sleep on the couch, which was very dirty.On the dining area there was five cheap, foldable chairs, not very good for dining.When we arrived, the first thing to do was to wash the sticky floor. You should have seen the colour of washing water!!We did not find the balcony or the ironing board, both mentioned in VRBOs description of the apartment.

Not quite as expected.

The apartment was clean. We booked it through HomeAway on strength of original description (which has now been modified !). There was no outside balcony to sit on and no sunbeds available at poolside for this apartment. Other apartments had beds chained up ! So these account for the lower rating. The curtain rails were hanging off and so looked uncared for and 'leather' settee was torn in places. The apartment was very convenient for supermarkets and buses.

Cons. 1. The biggest negative was the awful drainage smell coming from the toilet. 2. The shower door was broken. 3. The pillows were wafer thin. 4. We only had one front door key for the first 3 days until we were given a second one. Pros - 1. Very comfortable beds 2. Plenty of space 3. Great location 4. Clean apartment

Urlaubsenttäuschung

Bei entsprechendem Zustand "zufriedenstellend", jedoch: bei Übergabe unsauberer Zustand, Fenster ließen sich nicht verschließen, Mobilar heruntergekommen teiweise defekt, ( fernsehsessel, Couchen, Stühle,) Geschirrspüler defekt,Deckel der Waschmaschine defekt, Duschkopfhalterung fehlte, Matrazen so verschmutzt,daß sie ausgewechselt werden musten, ( wurden durch ebenfalls gebrauchte ersetzt! ), Stehlampe unbrauchbar Müll! Mehrere Strom- und Wasserausfälle rundeten das Bild ab! Die Wohnung wurde in einem unfertigen Zustand übergeben, erst nach einer Woche " Hin und Her" , ergänzen, korrigieren, ausbessern, telefonieren usw wurde es etwas besser, jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend! ( W-Lan a.Betr.) Die Geräuschkulisse war jede Nacht unerträglich, Lage nicht empfehlendswert. ( Eine Entschädigung wäre angebracht!)

Bien placée pour les fêtards mais pour les autres...

Les + : plein centre, 10mns de la mer, belle piscine, belle cuisine, grand lit confortable. Les - : sur l' annonce 85 M2, en réalité a peine 60 sacré différence. Côté ouest boîte de nuit a 200m musique jusqu' a 4h, côté est hôtel las piramides fêtards british très joyeux jusqu' a 4h. Appartement prévu pour 6 mais juste 4 chaises dont 1 cassée, table principale pied cassé, 2 canapés et un fauteuil hors d âge pourris. Vaisselle réduite, poêles inutilisables. Tout ça est bien dommage.

Alles ist reibungslos abgelaufen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Pool und Lage war super.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber.Schlüsselübergabe ging reibungslos.Durften sofort in der Wohnung.Auf Emails wurde sofort geantwortet.Pool war sehr sauber und manchmal hatten wir ihn ganz allein.Suppi.Negativ ist leider,das die Wohnung kein Balkon oder Terrasse hat.Außerdem ist das Nachbarhotel sehr laut(Feiernde Engländer).Dafür kann der Eigentümer aber nichts.In allen aber sehr empfehlenswert.4 von 5 Sternen.LG Michael

Sauberes Apparment in guter Lage

Das Apparment war sauber als wir es bezogen haben. Ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden und auch sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ideal, in kürzester Zeit erreicht man Restaurants, Supermärkte, den Strand und Bushaltestellen/Taxistände. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld hat ebenfalls einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr empfehlenswerte, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhälntnis!

Perfekt zum Abschalten!

Bereits im Vorfeld hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung bekommen. Unsere Wohnung war freundlich eingerichtet und sauber. Man merkt überall die Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick ist sehr beruhigend, wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so selig und lange geschlafen. Die Ruhe ist sehr entspannend. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Der Hausbetreuer ist sehr nett. Da unser Flug erst abends ging und die Wohnung für die nächsten Gäste vermietet war, konnten wir sogar eine für diesen Tag leerstehende Nachbarwohnung für ein paar Stunden beziehen und die Sonne genießen. Die Insel muss man natürlich mögen. Es gibt sehr viel zu sehen. Die Lage ist optimal um in alle Richtungen der Insel zu fahren. Wir finden Teneriffa sehr spannend und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen und eine der Wohnungen mieten. Danke und herzliche Grüße aus Köln!

Alles Bestens!

Wir waren im Juni im Apartment Jacaranda und können nur sagen, dass es ein wunderschöner (Kurz)Urlaub war. Die Anlage ist wie ein kleines Stück vom Paradies: wunderschön angelegter Garten mit Pool, die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, der Ausblick ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir konnten sehr gut die Nachbarinsel La Gomera sehen. Das einzig negative war, das wir nach 5 Tagen wieder nach Hause fliegen mußten : )

Aussergewöhnliches Ambiente, perfekte Erholung

Wir haben dieses Jahr im September unseren Spätsommerurlaub im Apartment Jacaranda verbracht, eine aussergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung mit herrlich viel Platz und einem traumhaften Ausblick. Besonders den Pool haben wir jeden Tag intensiv genutzt. Die Ferienwohnung wie die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Die Anlage und der wunderschöne Garten sind sehr gepflegt, der Pool verlockt zum reinspringen. Ein Auto ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Menschen, die mit Ruhe, wunderschönem Ambiente und Aussergewöhnlichem etwas anfangen können wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben für 2016 schon wieder gebucht........

Super Apartment in bester Lage

Nachdem wir nun seit einiger Zeit wieder im kalten Deutschland sind und uns längst der Alltag eingeholt hat, wollen wir noch eine kurze Rückmeldung zu unserem Urlaub auf Teneriffa geben: Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Apartment Jacaranda, das im Herzen von Playa de las Americas liegt. Es liegt wirklich sehr zentral, man braucht kein Auto zu fahren, kann auch abends mal etwas trinken gehen, ohne das gleich der Führerschein "wackelt" : ) Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt (übrigens ein toller Sandstrand), Restaurants mit allen Geschmacksrichtungen (Pizza, Thailändisches Essen, Chinesen, Belgische Bars, Holländische Pubs und englische Bars und natürlich auch spanische Tapas-Bars) alles ist in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist es nachts relativ ruhig. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Auch das Badezimmer ist ganz neu, mit Dusche und Oberlicht. Internet funktioniert gut über Wifi und deutsches Fernsehen ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und können die Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Wochen auf Teneriffa

Dieses kleine Paradies bietet alles, was man sich in einem entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer zum Träumen, mehrere sehr gut bestückte Supermärkte, der Strand nur 3 Minuten entfernt, leckere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles ist ohne Auto erreichbar. Das Apartment Jacaranda ist liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Küche hat eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle, das Kochen hat uns dort Spaß gemacht. Der Ausblick auf Meer und Pool war phantastisch. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Stefan für die gute Betreuung vor Ort. Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert!

Ein schöner Lage, toller Ausblick, tolle Lage!

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschoenen Urlaub im Juli 2015 im Apartment Jacaranda. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und gemütlich und vor allem der Ausblick hat uns toll gefallen! Wir vermissen sehr den Blick vom überdachten Balkon nach La Gomera. Wir waren jeden morgen im Pool baden und haben danach gefrühstückt. Alle Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man braucht überhaupt kein Auto, sondern ganz vollkommen ausspannen! So muß Urlaub sein! Alexandra und Manuel aus Wuppertal
