"beautiful and comfortable property. very well appointed with supplies, condiments and water. Thank you. The major detractor was the spa/pool management. We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside...

"Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. "We felt like we were staying with family. Jaya and her husband were very accommodating into their very nice Loft apartment. The grounds and their house were very nice. There were oranges on the trees and grape vineyards in all directions. They discussed some upgrades that they have planned in the future. But it worked fine for the 2 of us as it is now.
