Beautiful fully furnished 1700 sq ft 4 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bathroom condo at Bridges Bay Resort on East Lake Okoboji with six free daily water park passes. This is a beautiful four bedroom 1st floor lakefront unit at the resort and sleeps 12 or more comfortably. Also all the mattresses are very high quality Restonic Hybrid Pillowtop for great sleeping at night! This unit is lakefront with exceptional 25 yards from the water unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji! From the moment you walk-in, you will experience breathtaking views of Lake Okoboji and high quality beautiful new furnishings make a very comfortable experience perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway weekend. In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, and other condos with lake view our Condo is on the lake less than 25 yards from the water! All this while being very close to all the resort amenities. Just a wonderful Lake front view right on the water this condo has a private and protected large 375 sq ft. balcony equipped with a Weber Stainless steel grill, Multiple outdoor couches and lounging furniture and also two tables, and plenty of seating to enjoy eating out doors. Along with two ceiling fans, a fire pit and soft night lights this truly is the best patio to hang out with family and friends right on Beautiful East Lake Okoboji. We also have an excellent tall kitchen table inside that seats 6 and an island that seats 5. In addition, this condo is in the building right next to the newest outdoor pool with a great lake view. Our Condo rental includes six daily water park passes at Bridges Bay Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark with additional passes available at a discounted rate. The unit is within the newest building at the resort that is very close to the multiple onsite high quality restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, arcade, playground, basketball court, etc. It's close to the great biking/running trails throughout Okoboji. Our condo has excellent wifi and smart tv's in all the bedroom and living room with access to streaming services. We know you will love staying in our place. This modern condo features all the comforts of home along with the elegance of a five star resort!!

I found it difficult to use the Vrbo emails to communicate. Once i found a link, our host, Russ, was very responsive. I just could not locate a place in the emails, e.g. payments, to communicate. Russ was not the problem. It was the individual emails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Family of six adults. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were everything we needed. Great location with access to the water park and restaurant (which was delicious). Close proximity to all the food and fun of the area. Our family loved staying in this wonderful condo. Inside, the 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large kitchen, table and living area provided all of us with plenty of space to spread out for multiple activities while looking out to the lake. The large deck was our gathering spot both in the morning and at night to watch all of the lake activities and enjoy the beauty while sheltered under a high ceiling with fans. The waterpark and pools were very fun for the whole family and it was convenient to have the restaurants on the property when we didn't want to cook or to drive anywhere. Arnold's Park, miniature golf, disc golf, go carts, grocery stores, shopping, and other restaurants are a short drive away. We had an awesome summer family vacation in this home!

Our stay was great. Family room is huge and we spent most of our time out on the deck. The sleeping space was not quite as advertised because it didn’t sleep 12 comfortably. The bunk room has a double bunk and a twin mattress that is on the floor. So with five people trying to sleep in a room sized for two people, it was quite tight. There wasn’t any mattress space for the 12th person. We made it work with a few kids sleeping on the couches in the family room. The view was worth the inconvenience of limited sleeping space. It had a great space for cooking and serving.

Our stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed the deck and the amazing view. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. If you are visiting, make sure to grab breakfast somewhere, since the resturants on the property do not serve breakfast. The walk to the waterpark was a little far, but not too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view!

This was a perfect condo and location for a family of five coming for a wedding weekend! The condo was beautiful, modern and came with many kitchen necessities! The view of the lake was breathtaking! We could watch the Saturday night fireworks over Arnold’s Park right from our deck! Would highly recommend!

Bachelorette Get Together!

The space was perfect! Gorgeous view of the lake with awesome outdoor seating for a large group. Our group loved hanging around the kitchen island to chat. Within walking distance of Arnold’s Park and many places to eat! Overall, a great stay!

Best VRBO stay!

We loved staying at Russ’s property! It overlooks the lake, as shown, but photos don’t do it justice! It was hard to get our group back inside one you cozy up on the deck! Pretty clean place! Lots to do and see within a walking distance or 5 minute drive. We will be back for our annual girls weekend next year!

We enjoyed the condo and the family time together! It was enough room to be able to have space for yourself. The photo was a little misleading as we thought we were ground floor. Had everything we needed to accommodate all our family! The condo pool was good for kids, they went there before they went to the resort pools, indoor waterpark and arcade gave them more options to keep them busy, was a really good venue for the kids!!!!

There were 11 guys there for a golf get away. The location was excellent. It would be a great place for those that want to be on the water as well. The view was awesome.
