Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the spacious patio and sun deck, as well as the BBQ grill for outdoor dining. There is driveway parking available for up to five cars for your convenience.

Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities!

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Please let us know if you need any flexibility with these times.

House Rules: We kindly ask guests to respect our home by keeping it clean and tidy during your stay. Please do not mishandle or cause damage to the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and no smoking is strictly allowed inside the house. Pets are allowed for an extra fee.

Safety: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. A first aid kit is located in the small closet right next to the first-floor bathroom.

Wi-Fi Information: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Wi-Fi details will be provided during check-in.

Our stay at Arnold’s Cozy Cabin was perfect! The house is beautiful and nestled among the pines in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the kindest neighbors. It was a convenient drive to the supermarket (less than 5 minutes), coffee shop, Big Trees, White Pines Lake, and Murphy’s were all a short drive away too, which made our stay very memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Manny and team for the wonderful stay and your responsiveness to all our needs!

A Respite in the Trees at this Perfect Mountain Getaway

A Perfect Mountain Getaway!We absolutely loved our recent stay at this charming cabin in Arnold, CA. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed — our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and very responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The cabin itself was beautiful — cozy, clean, and so well cared for. It truly provided a much-needed respite for my husband and me. We loved every detail, from the peaceful surroundings to the inviting interior that made us feel right at home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and reconnect. We highly recommend this wonderful cabin and can’t wait to happily stay here again!

Amazing home in a wonderful location

Beautiful home nestled in the woods. The home had all the amenities you could want and was in pristine condition! Our entire family enjoyed it. The location was fabulous - just a few blocks from a lovely grocery store, yet not too far away from Spicer Snow-Park and Bear Valley. Highly recommend!

Excellent cabin for a family

We stayed at the Arnold's cabin during our family trip to Bear Valley and enjoyed it very much. It's newly remodeled, very cozy, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and replied to our emails within an hour or two. We would definitely stay there again!
