"Night front desk was not friendly, never answered phone when we called about our tv & fridge not working. The carpet looked like they forgot to vacuum. The mattress was terrible & the sheets were old and stained."

We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!"

"If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. "The staff was all pleasant. The breakfast ends at 10 am on Sunday and they should give people to at least 11am."

"We had a completely HORRIBLE stay here and to top it off the desk staff wouldn't do a thing about it. Pushed me off to the "manager" that never seemed to be on property. Never bothered to reach out to me to resolve the issues. Room smelled musty. Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like bugs were biting my ankles under the covers. And after a horrible very short night of sleep I went to shower and found out my room had NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! Sleep in your car instead of staying here."
