"This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (at least that we could find) to cover all bathrooms so we had to buy some. But like I said overall very very nice and would definitely...

"Upsides: Great location, right in Stockholm, so an easy walk to everything in town and to the river. My wife and I were visiting with three adult children plus a significant other, and the cottage had lots of room for us, including a big dining room table and good-sized living room and a big outdoor patio. Kitchen is large, updated, and well-equipped. Lots of parking. We were spending a few days in the "west coast of Wisconsin" area, berry-picking, cidery, lavender farm, short hikes, swimming in...

"We loved this property for our girls getaway. So modern and fun for all ages. When we weren’t exploring, we spent a lot of time in the party room, playing bean bags, by the fire pit, and sitting in the hammocks. The items that were supplied were excellent to make our own food. The fire pit was so easy to start! It was a wonderful time with family! "

"This condo has the perfect location. Walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shop, music under the bridge, The Eagle Center and the walking path along Mississippi River. Two bedroom each with a private attached bathroom. Huge open concept kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace.Host was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out...

"We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house."
