"It was clean.and nice. but as a maintenance man my self i found little things that I would have taken care of. Burnt out light bulbs ,tv directions, on how to operate. Touch up scuffs. Just little things. Over all not a bad place to stay."

"There is a $100 refundable deposit to stay here. It takes about 2 day for it to come back on your card. The property for the price is great though"

Quaint Downtown Studio
"Its very cute and very small. But it suited our needs perfectly as we weren't there alot. The kitchen was fully equipped and the parking was close. It was quiet and secure at night. The host was very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. I would for sure stay again!"

Cozy two-bedroom house with central heat and air. Close to downtown Ark City.
"Brandon was wonderful in allowing us to alter our schedule and the house was great. Quiet neighborhood and near everything we needed."
