Beautiful apartment with terrace, sea views and communal swimming pool, located in Abades, an incredible coastal village where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. With an exquisite decoration, where every detail has been taken care of, and capacity for 4 people, it is ideal for families, couples and friends, as it has two bedrooms, WiFi Internet, Smart TV and an unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach, ideal for a unique stay in the south of Tenerife.

This magnificent property is ideal for families, couples and friends. With capacity for 4 people, it offers two bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and the second bedroom with two single beds. It also has an additional bathroom with bathtub.

The ample space includes a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room with 32’ Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, all integrated in a cosy atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with sea views, where you can unwind and enjoy the wonderful climate of the area.

Located in the heart of Abades, one of the most charming fishing villages in the south of the island, this property is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and offers excellent connections to the motorway, perfect for exploring the rest of Tenerife. Although the property itself has potential, with its spacious open plan lounge area. The company managing it are a shambles. Only supplying one towel in a two bedroom apartment with two people. Waiting 3 days for a response to be told ‘it will be with you in the near future’ then trying to get extra money in any way shape or form that they can. Starting with a late check in which was charged at 30 euros but on arrival tried to charge 35 eventhough there was a lockbox! The apartment hadn’t been cleaned with hairs in the sink / bedding it did not feel to a cleanly standard. With a foul smell coming from the bathroom, I had to keep the door shut for my stay. The beds were all rock hard however the cushions were atleast comfortable. The outdoor terrace is the highlight of this property and the pool area, however towels for the pool are also not supplied. I would for these reasons not recommend this apartment, unless a new management take over and sort it out.
