Conveniently located in the centre of Giovi-ponte Alla Chiassa, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 11 km (7 mi) from Arezzo. Holiday rental Villa Guadagni Cappelli is a nice property (500 sq m) that includes private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with three bathrooms. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.

The owner lives on the last floor of the property, but he has his own private entrance to the apartment and external spaces. He won’t use the swimming pool either.
He is in charge of the maintenance of the Villa, but he will leave you all the privacy you need and won’t disturb.
