THE HOUSE BANANA AND ITS SPACE The area is ideal for the little ones in the house to enjoy the accommodation, the surroundings and the outdoors with complete freedom!
It is a residential area very quiet, not very busy, and there is not much traffic.
The house has a cool area inside the house where you can entertain, draw, make a puzzle, as well as a private garden and a play area at the entrance of the house where the owners installed a basketball basket to enjoy even more the summer evenings.
The house is very comfortable, as it is distributed over two floors and on the upper floor we only find bedrooms. GROUND FLOOR On the first floor, we access it from the street and find the entrance hall, the stairs that go up to the top floor, a room with a private bathroom, and then we have the bright living room and dining room, along with access to the kitchen and courtyard of the house.
This distribution allows us to have the first floor at a single height and helps us to make the property accessible to everyone.
It has a large covered terrace and areas to enjoy the sun or shade. Fantastic sea and mountain views.
UPPER FLOOR 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and sea views.1 bedroom with two single beds, with a beautiful children's decoration designed for the little ones.1 bedroom with two single beds and reclining ceiling. It is one of the coolest rooms in the house.
We consider that it is essential to come with your transport, but it is not a problem because BANANA CHILL OUT has 4 private parking spaces next to the property, within the residential area.
SERVICES BANANA is exclusive to its guests.The house has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests.
ACCESS AND PARKING The entrance door is shared with the community of neighbours. Guests can enter and park vehicles on the property. It is not allowed to park the vehicle on the road, must always allow the circulation of vehicles. There are two parking spaces, one on each side of the house, you can park up to 4 vehicles (depending on size).
ENTRANCE You can enjoy this space that is only used by residents of the community. There is room to run and play and there is a basketball hoop.
THE PORCH AND GARDEN The garden and dining areas must be respected.These spaces are not shared but must be preserved.The chill-out pillows must be stored inside after use.
THE POOL There are a couple of steps to access. It has a staircase to facilitate entry and exit. It is private but the rest hours of the neighbours, the bathing suit and use of the pool must be respected.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD Just a 2-minute drive away you will find a shopping area with 3 supermarkets, a renowned fast-food restaurant and a cinema with 8 rooms.
One of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia is a 5-minute drive away. Overall, we recommend it to all our guests to enjoy some good fresh seafood!
Also, you can go to any bar on the beach (our famous XIRI, as we say colloquially) to try a real paella or have something accompanied by some tapas.
We will recommend some of the good restaurants in the area and we also will tell you where you can rent jet skis or paddleboards.
We are very lucky with our location, close to Barcelona, but with all the advantages of being in a coastal town, enjoying the sea, the quiet atmosphere of the Mediterranean villages and all our variety of gastronomic offers.

Sometimes having a vehicle gives you more independence to explore more places or is more comfortable going shopping.
Once in the centre of the village, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.
PÚBLIC TRANSPORT There are different services and lines that connect Arenys de Mar with the surroundings and Barcelona
-TAXIS: There is a regular TAXIS service. Services must be booked in advance.-BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.-TRAIN: The nearest train station is ARENYS DE MAR. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 50 and 55 minutes.
BARCELONA It is about 30-40 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

(Departure). - City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.Cost of tourist tax: € 2 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old- Deposit: will be made on arrival through credit card pre-authorization.- Signature of the house rules.- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

Please, check that you will be able to comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located.

HOUSE RULES
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
- During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power
