Casa Turbolina - Large Country House with Private Pool

Beautiful, charming, and spacious country house with 170m2 distributed with 120m2 in the main house and 50m2 in the separate pool house. The terrace is 250m2 terrace situated on a 1000m2 plot. There is plenty of room for a large family, both indoors and outdoors. The whole country house is completed with beautiful stone floors, large glass doors to the terrace from the living room and is very comfortable and lovely furnished for a successful holiday.



The country home can accommodate up to 8 adults + 2 children.



MAIN HOUSE (3 bedrooms, 6 sleeps)

The central part of the house consists of a beautiful, functional, and fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is spacious and offers comfortable sitting area, 55" Smart TV with Chromecast, and a beautiful dining area. The main house has 3 bedrooms; all equipped with wardrobe and air conditioning and are respectively equipped with double bed, 2 twin beds and the third bedroom with a bunk bed. The Master bedroom includes bathroom en-suite and direct access to pool area. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hall between the two other bedrooms.



SEPARATE POOL HOUSE (2 bedrooms, 4 sleeps)

The pool house has its own private entrance from the pool area. Consists of 2 double bedrooms: one with double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a small but practical kitchenette. Both have wardrobe and air conditioning. The pool house is a really nice place if you want a little ‘peace’ from the rest of your traveling party.



TERRACES AND SWIMMING POOL

The outdoor area is spacious and lovely furnished with sun chairs by the pool whre you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view over the valley to the Mediterranean Sea.

There is of course also the possibility to barbeque a good steak or fish on the BBQ and get some pleasant hours on the terrace, surrounded by the beautiful and tranquil Andalucian countryside. In the citrus season, you may find, lemons and oranges on the trees on the terrace.



The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and there is wireless Internet access.

Your beloved pet, a dog up to 7 kg, is welcome. A pet fee will be applied.



MOUNTAIN ACCESS: Property is located in the mountains and access is only for experienced drivers. The access road to the property is a narrow mountain road, gravel and/or dust road. The access road can be narrow, without barriers and with sharp turns. No taxi or public transportation.

Own car or rental car; essential!

PETS: maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Pet fee applicable.
